Payment Change payment plan To change your payment plan, please go to the order confirmation page (you can find the link in every payment confirmation you have received by email from Digistore24). On the right-hand side, you will find the "Change payment method" button and then at the very bottom "Change billing interval". --> Here you can now switch between annual and monthly payment. (The current Shoplytics prices apply. However, if you have a permanent discount, it will be retained.) Pause / Cancel Shoplytics Subscription To cancel your Shoplytics subscription, please go to the order confirmation page (you can find the link in every payment confirmation you received by email from Digistore24). There you can click on "cancel" to stop your subscription at the end of the current term. However, you can resume the subscription at any time at the push of a button and no new setup fee will be charged. Simply save the URL of the order confirmation page so that you can access it again at a later time. Order Shoplytics You can find information about the costs of Shoplytics at any time at https://shoplytics.de/preis . When you are ready to book an instance of Shoplytics, you can order at the current price via https://shoplytics.de/start . A few notes before ordering: A Shoplytics instance is always valid for 1 website. However, if your interconnected website spans multiple domains, that is not a problem, e.g. a .DE domain and a .FR domain for the French channel of your Shopify store. The prerequisite is that the two domains use a common cookie banner (if a cookie banner is used at all), and that the data is not supposed to flow into separate advertising accounts. For separate data channels, separate Shoplytics accounts are also required. If you need multiple Shoplytics instances, please order multiple times with different email addresses, so that multiple Shoplytics accounts are automatically created. (If you have many accounts, you can request a central manager login upon request, through which you can select all sub-accounts. Please request a manager account at support@shoplytics.de.) Your Shoplytics account will be created automatically after booking, for the email address you entered during booking. How do I get access to my Shoplytics account ? After the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and invoice (from Digistore24) and an email from Shoplytics, in which we explain the important first steps so that your Shoplytics instance can be put into operation.
