Pause / Cancel Shoplytics Subscription

To cancel your Shoplytics subscription, please go to the order confirmation page (you can find the link in every payment confirmation you received by email from Digistore24).

There you can click on "cancel" to stop your subscription at the end of the current term.

However, you can resume the subscription at any time at the push of a button and no new setup fee will be charged.

Simply save the URL of the order confirmation page so that you can access it again at a later time.
