POAS-Tracking

In order for POAS tracking to be activated in Shoplytics, you need to provide your shopping feed. Ideally, the feed should be provided as a static XML, CSV, or TSV file that can be retrieved directly via a public URL.

The link's load time must not exceed 10 seconds. If the feed is generated in real time only when the link is called, and this generation takes longer than 10 seconds, Shoplytics will not be able to read the feed. (This limit protects both your server and ours. The ideal setup is therefore an already generated file that is delivered without delay when called.)

Once the feed URL is ready, you can send it to support@shoplytics.de and ask us to activate POAS tracking. Please also mention in that email whether POAS tracking should be connected to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
